Dr. Lauren Costine, Ph.D., offers LGBTQ+ Affirmative and Women’s Empowerment psychotherapy through Awaken Therapy Center. She also provides writing, speaking, education, consulting, coaching, books, courses, and digital resources through Dr. Lauren, The Queer Women鈥檚 Psychologist.听
Awaken Therapy Center is a holistic psychotherapy practice co-founded by Dr. Lauren Costine and Vanessa Costine in 2020. Our team of 10 therapists, each with a range of specialties, works with individuals, couples, and families from the understanding that mind, body, and spirit are deeply interconnected. Through compassionate, personalized, and depth-oriented care, we support clients in building resilience, deepening self-awareness, and moving toward greater wholeness, meaning, and inner freedom. And Dr. Lauren Costine, Ph.D., also known as Dr. Lauren, The Queer Women鈥檚 Psychologist, creates books, courses, talks, and digital resources for lesbians and queer women. Rooted in depth psychology, LGBTQ+-Affirmative care, and relational healing, her work helps lesbians and queer women reclaim their inner authority while healing relational patterns, strengthening self-trust, deepening self-awareness, and creating more authentic, fulfilling lives.听
