I work with couples and adults of all ages, specializing in trauma, attachment, and anxiety. I offer in-person sessions in Santa Barbara and virtual sessions throughout California. My approach is person centered, and I also draw upon a variety of other therapeutic orientations, including EFT, psychodynamic, EMDR, CBT & mindfulness.听
