Cynthia Fredericksen received her Master鈥檚 in Counseling Psychology degree from 51社区 in 2012. She is a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in Santa Barbara California where she has a private practice, she is also adjunct faculty at 51社区 teaching in the Counseling Psychology department. Cynthia is certified as an Ecotherapist and also certified in CBT-I to treat insomnia. She is passionate about the human need to connect with nature and elders and also has a deep passion for the symbolism in dreams as a window to one鈥檚 unconscious. Cynthia spends most of her time outdoors or creating art when not in the therapeutic setting.
